"I am genuinely shocked by the level of service I received from this office.

State Farm itself offered a competitive rate and the insurance policy was set up correctly, but my experience with this particular office was extremely disappointing.

For over a month, I was unable to access my online account. The account was originally created by this office, yet nobody was able to reset it or provide a working solution. Even more concerning, the account information they created did not match my legal last name, which only made the situation worse.

I spent countless hours contacting support and trying to resolve a very basic issue. Something as simple as restoring account access should not take weeks, especially when the account was created by the agency itself.

The inability to solve such a straightforward problem demonstrated a level of incompetence that ultimately overshadowed all the positive aspects of the company. As a result, I cancelled my insurance policy the same day it became clear that nobody could help me.

I do not regret cancelling. In fact, I may return to State Farm in the future through a different agent, because I believe the company itself is better than the service I received from this office.

I do not want my business supporting people who waste customers’ time and undermine the reputation of an otherwise good company."

With this kind of service, good claims handling and fair pricing I see no reason to shop elsewhere."
